The Taiwan Forestry Research Institute holds tens of thousands of plant and animal specimens from the Japanese colonial era. While exploring these historical remnants, YANG Chung-Ming uncovered the unintended beauty crafted by botanists of that time. Inspired by these specimens, he arranges nearly fragmented pieces of paper to create enduring and beautiful silhouettes.
